My name is Rick Bustamante and this website is my project. I have an interest in legacy computer systems of all types but 8-bit systems, in particular. This website reflects that interest and explores the Atari 2600, in particular.
I've had a long career as a software developer but never had more fun than when I worked on 8-bit systems back in the day. The joy and challenge of these systems is that there is not a lot getting in your way and not a lot helping you either - it's just you coaxing the hardware to do what you want.
